Q: How and where can I get a sample?
A: You can pay the sample cost and/or the freight cost to us, then we can arrange the sample.

Q: Can we get your catalogue and price list?
A: We usually send clients a electric version of catalogue via e-mail or online transferring since the paper catalogue is most often late than our developing new products every ten days.
We can e-mail or fax you price list provided that you tell us what model of products you are most interested in.

Q: If we want to be an Exclusive agent/distributor in our country or sate, how shall we do?
A: We usually do not offer exclusivity to clients because we have many massive orders from all over the world, if anyone want to be an exclusive agent/dealer, he has to order a certain quantity of commodities from us, for more details, pls contact us directly.

A: Our usual delivery time is 15 days.
We will prepare material and arrange production once after the order is confirmed and we get your deposit or full payment.

Q: About MOQ what is the minimum order quantity?
A: Our usual mini order is a full container(20'FCL or 40'FCL), but if the client is the 1st time to cooperate with us, we can accept an order by mixing several models in one container.

★ ★ WARRANTY AND QUALITY GUARANTEE, SPARE PARTS
Q： What's your warranty and quality guarantee terms?
A: We provide 3 months warranty against delivery.
1--2% spare parts will be send to you at free charge while the order is based on a full container.
Free parts includes accelerator, brakes, tires, lamps, batteries, carburetors, spark plug, start relay, ignition coil, clutch, and etc.
